How Can You Track Your SHEJITOYS Order?
Learn where to find your tracking details after dispatch and what to do if carrier updates are delayed.
Once your SHEJITOYS order has shipped, tracking details are sent by email and are also available on the order page in your account.
The first carrier scan may take some time to appear. Follow the carrier updates until delivery. If tracking remains unavailable beyond the estimated timeframe shown for the shipment, contact SHEJITOYS support with your order number.
